Explanations:
- Delivery Time: If no delivery time is specified, a delivery time of 4-8 weeks from contract conclusion is deemed agreed.
- Minimum Order Value: The minimum order value is 300.00 euros before VAT. For orders below this value, a small quantity surcharge of 7.00 euros will be charged.
- Shipping Costs Germany: For orders of 1000.00 euros or more before VAT, delivery is free of charge at the buyer’s risk. For orders below 1000.00 euros, a shipping flat rate of 5% of the net order value will be charged.
- Shipping Costs International: For deliveries to countries outside Germany, a shipping flat rate of 10% of the net order value will be charged. For orders of 3000.00 euros or more before VAT, delivery is free of charge.
- Special Regulations:
- For clearance sale prices and special discount prices, delivery is made by agreement from the Ludwigsfelde warehouse.
- Packaging is not charged and will not be returned.
- For custom orders, the delivery period starts only after the full receipt of necessary documents (drawings, templates, samples, etc.).
- If changes or additions are made, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
- Liability Limitation: In the event of delivery or performance delays, liability is limited to 5% of the order value, unless gross negligence or intent is involved. Further compensation claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
